If you need help contacting and working with manufacturers you can hire me as your Production Consultant.
I would deal with the manufacturers directly, as follows:
1st Step – Videocall consultancy up to 45 min – 70 USD Paid Upfront
I need to speak to you to know everything about the project, your budget, your ideas, etc.
After this first step, either of us can unilaterally decide to not continue our collaboration if for some reason you think I am not the right consultant or I think your project is not viable.
You can also change your mind and not pursue your project.
This 1st step does not bind you to proceed with the next steps, neither it does for me.

2nd Step – Factory search – 900 USD Paid Upfront
(Estimated time 2-4 weeks)*
*This does not include the time that producers will take to make samples, which is normally 4-6 weeks
After the consultancy, I will start looking for the right Factory(ies) for your project.
After I have found the factory(ies) that is(are) suitable for your project, I will present it(them) to you for you to evaluate and decide who you want to work with.
I will negotiate all details on your behalf. Terms of payments. Minimums. Production times. Prices. Samples.
3rd step – Samples approved/Production starts – 300 USD Paid at the end
Once we start working with one or more factories we will proceed with making samples before moving into full production.
Once those samples are approved we can start the production run of your products which will be the same as your approved samples.
This triggers the third payment.
4rd step – End of project – You received the final products – 300 USD Paid at the end
Once you receive your production items and you approve them (they must be as your approved samples), the project is finished, and that triggers the 4th and final payment.
I will help you if there’s any logistical or technical problems with the products. The producer must fix them free of charge if they are not the same as the approved samples. This step concludes our production collaboration.
After this, you can decide to work directly with the producer or we can continue to collaborate on an ongoing basis for future collections and we can discuss terms after our first collaboration is concluded. Future collaborations with the same factory would of course be much cheaper as steps 1 and steps 2 would not apply.
