All the products sold at this website are digital. You will receive a digital file for the manufacturers lists once you buy them or you will be booking a video consultation call.

All products sold are 100% non-refundable because once you buy a product and have possession of the data, the product remains with you forever unless you delete it. You can’t just email it back to me. (You could email it back, but you would still have a copy on your computer or digital device.)

If you book a video consultation call and you need to cancel the call for whatever reason you will be 100% refunded provided you cancel the call at least 4h before the arranged time. If you don’t cancel the video consultation call at least 4h before the arranged time, you will not receive any refund.
